Wildwood pens - handcrafted

Designed for perfection

All great ideas start with a pen and paper and what better way to develop your aspirations, to do list, and dreams than with a handmade piece from Wildwood.

All the wood used in our Gorse range of products is harvested from the hills around Dunedin and Mosgiel in New Zealand. This wood is then subjected to a chemical stabilisation process that ensures they will not crack or shrink. By purchasing one of our Gorse products you are contributing, albeit in a small way, to the control of Gorse which in New Zealand is a very invasive and noxious weed.

High quality handcrafted Paua pens are a unique and rare work of art. Paua is a species of abalone that is unique to the waters around New Zealand.

The Pen is fitted with an Iridium Point Germany nib and comes in a beautiful simulated leather case complete with an ink cartridge and a syringe type converter.

The material for these pens was sliced and cast in a high quality acrylic allowing the true brilliant colour of the material to shine through.
